Compound Words

Teaching Point: Compound words are like puzzle pieces. They have smaller words in them that fit together to make a bigger word. You can look from start to end to find the first little word, and then the second one. Detectives put those pieces together to solve long words. Could you find compound words and write them down? (you can check in different books) 1. Tap add 2. Press move to move the words that go together to make the word in the picture. 3. If you want, go to page number 3, you can write other compound words you know. 4. Write them down. 5. Use the caption to record your voice and tell me your learning. What is a compound word? 6.
