School Closing Feelings Journal Entry

We all have many feelings about learning that school will be closed for a while. It is okay to feel a lot of different feelings when we get big news ❤️️ Use this writing activity to help you think about your feelings and what you CAN do, even with school being closed! 1. Look at the example, then take a moment to think about your own feelings! 2. Tap the button. 3. Use the tools to finish each sentence. You can also draw pictures if you would like. 4. You can record yourself explaining your answers if you want to! 5. Press the check to submit your work!

I got the idea for this activity from this article, "COVID-19: How to Help Kids Deal With School Closings and Cancelled Plans": https://www.nationwidechildrens.org/family-resources-education/700childrens/2020/03/school-closings-cancelled-plans Honestly, it helped me as an adult to think and journal through these prompts too! We are all in this together!! ❤️️
