Next, work your way through the activity, seeing how many jumping jacks you can do in 30 seconds. Each time you jump out and back to the start, counts as one. There will be 4 rounds of 30 seconds with 30 seconds rest between each. Use the score to record your score and calculate your total. Use to write this at the end!
