What's your favorite thing to play on at a playground? Is it the swings? the slide? monkey bars? Have you ever stopped to consider what these fun structures are made out of? They're made up of a variety of materials like rubber, wood, and metal. Each of these materials have different characteristics. Today I want you to think about these materials and what they're like. Click the add You will see 3 slides: 1 for wood, 1 for rubber, and 1 for metal. On each slide, use the move tool to drag and drop the words, that you think could be used to describe the materials, from the word bank to the box. Do this for all 3 slides. Note that not all the words may be appropriate to describe that material so you may have leftover words and that's okay. After you're done sorting the words, click on the mic and read aloud the words that you selected to describe each material. When all 3 slides are done, click the check.
