🗣Learning Intention: I am learning to practise my movement skills and move safely and effectively during PE. ⭐️ Success Criteria: I can display a range of fundamental movement skills effectively and move safely. It's time to get moving.... AND creative! Your job is to create your own obstacle course! It can be outside, inside or... incorporate both! STEPS 1. First, watch the video attached as examples that you can include in your course. 🔵 Next, Plan it! 2. Check with your family about what you can use before you start. 3. Collect the items you want to use and think about HOW you are going to use them. 🟣Now, Set it up! 4. Set up your obstacle course. Try and include lots of actions and movement skills such as running, jumping, throwing, hopping, balancing... Try use a variety of skills. 5. Try it out! Feel free to get the family involved to join in on the fun! 6. Is it too easy? Is it too hard? Make some changes if you need to and have another go! 🔴 Challenge Yourself! 7. See how fast you can complete the course! ⌚Time yourself and then try to beat your time! This is called a 'PB' (personal best!) 🥇 Can’t wait to see those sweaty smiling faces! 😁 Be creative and have fun!!
