Math Task - Multiplying Decimals (Elementary)

Grades: 6th Grade, 5th Grade

Student Instructions

Directions: 1. Your goal is to use the digits 1 - 9 to make both the smallest (page 1) and largest (page 2) possible product. But you can only use each digit once for each problem! 2. Use the move tool to move the number tiles into the boxes you choose. 3. Remember to check your work - you can use the tools on Seesaw or paper and pencil. 4. Use either the drawing or label tools to write down your final products in the red box on each page. 5. When you have finished the problem, use the mic tool to share how you figured out your solution. 6. Be sure to listen to your recording before you tap the check. 7. Tap the check to submit your work. Remember, you will probably need to try several different solutions before finding the best one!
