Student Instructions

Move the labels for the 6 SCOTUS decisions about the first Amendment and civil liberties that we've studied so far on the activity to the 2 columns- which cases do you think the SCOTUS decided correctly that you agree with the outcome, and which do you disagree with? (None can be in the middle/on the black line where they are now- you need to choose a side!) After completing the activity, write a caption about one case that you disagreed with and explain why you have that opinion. Be sure that you are using your knowledge of constitutional law to support your argument.
