Worry Monster Anxiety Guided Meditation.

Take a moment and let this guided meditation relieve your anxiety. It's okay to be worried and feel anxious sometimes (especially considering the current events around the world), but you can conquer your anxious feelings and feed your worries to the worry monster. Select add to begin and think of any worries you have and write them down using the label tool or edit the template. Then, let them go by feeding them to the worry monster. On the next page, watch the 10 minute guided meditation video link to ease any remaning stress or anxiety you have and learn tips to help with your breathing during anxious moments in the future. Remember, to find yourself a comfortable position, shut yourself away from any distractions and give your mind time to relax.
