Student Instructions

2. Read the ideas sheet (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1rTm6g7eCOlt_0VWvYJuC_7_NF0FXBbzE27m95bJABOU/edit?usp=sharing) and talk with your parents or Nanny what activities you could do each day.
3. Keep a record of what you do each day. The easiest way might be to make your own table on a piece of paper at home and complete it with a pencil each day. At the end of the week
it and put it on seesaw - remember to put it in the PE folder.
4. You might choose to fill in the table on seesaw. You might need to ask an adult for help. You could use the

5. You could use the

to record any activities that you are proud of completing and you want to share as a separate post. This could be activities such as if you are getting really good at catching the ball, skipping at a higher level or doing your cartwheels. - remember to put it in the PE folder.
