Student Instructions

Show you are thinking about your reading! Be sure to tap add to put this activity in your journal! When you have a meaningful thought while reading: 1. Take a photo of a page from your narrative nonfiction or hybrid nonfiction book. It should be the page that caused you to have the thought or it should be a page that has text evidence to support your thought. 2. Add a label label that includes the TITLE and AUTHOR with correct capitalization. 3. Use the draw tool drawing to underline some key words or phrases in the text. 4. Add a caption caption and tell a brief SUMMARY of the book - what you LEARNED, and why someone would want to read this book. 5. When you are done, tap the check to save your work. Please save to our #Booksnap folder. 6. OPTIONAL: Add another label to add an emoji that shows your feeling or a character's feeling on that page.
