For today’s read-aloud book club, we are going to watch and listen to the story, “Chicka Chicka Boom Boom”, written by Bill Martin Jr. and John Archambault and illustrated by Lois Ehlert. A favorite alphabet story! Solve a mystery sentence and then see if you can think of a word that starts with each letter in the alphabet. 1. Click the add add response button. Click the play button to watch and listen to the story, “Chicka Chicka Boom Boom”. 2. After, you’ll tell me whether or not you liked the story by using the :draw: drawing tool, and circling the thumbs up or down. 3. On the second canvas, solve a mystery sentence! Look at the letter below each box. You will be using the alphabet decoder to solve the mystery sentence. Look at the first answer to help you! Use the :draw: drawing tool or label writing tool to write the letters in the sentence. 4. On the last canvas, can you think of a word that starts with each of the letters in the alphabet? Look at the example for letter "A" for help! Click on the :draw: drawing tool or label writing tool to write your words. 5. Click on the green check checkmark to upload your work!
