to record yourself moving each character to create a moving play of the Nativity.

Some suggestions:
The animals could have a conversation to describe what is hapoening in their stable.
Mary and Joseph could introduce baby Jesus to the shepherds and wise men.
The characters could talk about their gifts.
You could speak from the viewpoint of baby Jesus.
