Student Instructions
Your task is to create a short fitness circuit that includes warm up and cool down activities.
1. Research a list of activities that can help you stay fit and active. Watch the link below for some ideas. You can also use any activities that you do at sports training.
2. Put together a circuit that will get kids active. You must include at least 3 activities and how to do each activity properly e.g. running on the spot, planks, frog jumps.
3. You can present your task as a video or document
4. Tap the add button.

journal. (make sure you have put it in the correct folder)
