"Jumping With Joy" for Jelly Bean Graphing

Student Instructions

You will use jelly beans to show your knowledge of graphing. 1. Click add to begin working. 2. Count the jelly beans and record the data on the tally chart (Page 1) using the drawing and label tools. 3. Move to Page 2 - Use the drawing tool and shapes to add the pictures to your pictograph. 4. Move to Page 3 - Use the drawing tool and shapes to complete your bar graph. Don't forget to use the drawing or label tools to add your scale (how you are counting). 5. Move to Page 4 - Use the label tool to answer each question in the matching colored box. 6. When confident in your work, click check to submit your graphing assignment.

Teacher Notes (not visible to students)

If able, you could choose to have your students collect data on a personal set of jelly beans. Then, students can enjoy the jelly beans afterwards.
