Stained Glass Windows - Part 2

1. Watch the video to find out how to make your window. 2. Use the photo tool to take a photo of your original drawing or upload it to Seesaw. 3. Use the photo tool to take a photo of your completed window or upload it to Seesaw. Your drawing and your window should be side by side. 4. Use the label tool, mic tool or video tool to describe the process of making your window. Be sure to reflect on what you learned, what was most difficult, what did you enjoy, and make sure to tell us why we should or should not continue this project with other 4th graders.

We are doing a Middle Ages study from the CKLA units for 4th grade. Our students were fascinated with the windows, so we are having them create their own. We used this video for inspiration: https://youtu.be/kxDD_sLOAK0 What We Used: 1. Paper Template 2. IKEA YLLEVAD frame (5x7) 3. Black Sharpie 4. Black Fabric Puffy Paint 5. Cotton Swab 6. Hand Sanitizer (instead of alcohol because we have a plethora!) 7. Egg Cartons (as paint palettes) 8. Mod Podge Super Gloss Brilliant 9. Food Coloring 10. Paint Brush 11. Paper Napkin 12.
