Reading Aloud 3-6

seesaw Use the mic to record yourself reading your 'good fit' book for 2 minutes ONLY. Before you begin to read, say: a) “Hi I am reading …............. “And my reading goal today is to provide evidence from the text to support my answer” Whilst you are reading think about how the author's words and the action in the story are making you feel? At the end of your reading answer the following question (remember to give evidence to support your answer: - What emotions did you experience whilst reading today? E.g. scared, happy, sad, love, worried, stressed, curious ... *** What evidence from the book helped you feel these emotions? E.g The author used words that made you feel scared, happy, sad, love, worried, stressed, curious ... Did you empathise with the character as you have had a similar experience? You may have felt sympathy for the character because of a negative experience they were having? You may have felt happy as the character was having a joyful experience. (Reminder: recording is limited to 2-3 minutes)
