Kindergarten students are working on their first design thinking project. We read Room on a Broom and discussed how the witch showed kindness for her different animal friends by creating a broom that all of them could enjoy. Similarly, our students are designing a broom for a family member or friend using empathy to think about this person's interests. The first step is to create a prototype of the broom on Seesaw...next week they will make their broom with different craft materials...stay tuned! 🎨🤔💜
