Student Instructions

We have learned about nouns and verbs and how they fit into a complete sentence. Now, let's add the adjectives! 1. Tap link to watch the video, Amazing Newts Vibrating! to review the difference between nouns, verbs, and adjectives. 2. Find an object inside or outside your home that you can photo and describe. 3. Tap add to take a photo of your object and then use the label tool to write 5 adjectives to describe your object. There is a word bank to spark your thinking! 5. On page 2, write an e-x-p-a-n-d-e-d sentence with an adjective, subject (noun) and action (verb). 6. Tap check to add to. your journal. Why? I can write simple and compound sentences and expand my subject with adjectives.
