Student Instructions
Look at the pattern at the bottom. Remember, patterns repeat over and over. Think about which shape comes next. Drag your name underneath the shape that comes next in the pattern.
Teacher Notes (not visible to students)
**Remember to click "lock size" on student names** Can be used as a large group activity by adding all student names to the bottom (you can assign it to "sample student" for your class to complete) or as an individual activity with only one name. Student names will "disappear" underneath the top shapes (I did this in large group so they could not as easily see their peers' answers). If you do not like this, order the top shapes with "move to back" (and you could delete the black background). You should be able to add your students to the first page, then copy and paste them to the subsequent pages. Be sure to check the order of items on subsequent pages so the names will go underneath the top shapes but not the bottom pattern.
