Student Instructions

1. Click 'add' to find your name. 2. Write your list poem about a pet using the 'label' tool. (Look and listen to mine for ideas) You should think of things your pet does. Write all these down on a piece of paper. You could use an online thesaurus to find interesting words for your poem. Try to think about your pets personality too, what they like and what they do. For example if I was writing about a goldfish I might use the words swimming, floating, splashing, glubbing, shining, glistening etc. I could the turn these into lines on my poem. for example: swimming and splashing bobbing and glubbing shining and glistening CHALLENGE! CAN YOU MAKE YOURS RHYME? Make yours better than mine! 3. Use the 'drawing' tool to create a picture of your pet. 4. Perform your poem to the people in your home (and your pet!) 5. Record yourself reading your poem. 6. Click the tick to submit your work.
