We all experience being angry at some time. But, what does it mean to be angry? Also, what are some ways in which you can stop being angry? Tell me about a time in which you were angry! What did you do to stop being angry? This activity features a choice board for you to learn about what it means to be angry and some ways in which you can stop being angry! Do the activities in any order that you would like to do them. There are 3 different activities! 1. Check the green plus button to open the My Feelings Choice Board. 2. You can watch this video whenever you need to when you're angry. -Click the link to go to the next slide to tell me a story about a time in which you were angry.
