Procedure 1. Cover the light source with plastic wrap. 2. Use blue or black permanent marker to color the plastic. 3. Cover with another layer of plastic wrap. Colored it again. 4. Cover with clear tape. 5. Secure the plastic wrap with tape. 6. Turn your light on!
