Black history is American history. However, February is a time to dig deeper into the contributions of Black Americans. Follow the instructions below to learn more and explore the impact of a Hidden Figure. 1. Select one of the following hidden figures: Katherine Johnson, Alice Ball, Annie Easley, Bayard Rustin, or Vivien Thomas. 2. Use books, the internet, and videos to research about your person. Information to consider: their childhood, their education, what they are known for, interesting facts, and why their contribution is important. 3. Use your research findings to create a poster of your person. Be sure to include a picture of your person. 4. Don't forget to upload your work when finished.
