Create a plate of food (lunch or dinner) that has elements of a balanced diet either for a: 1. Active student who is an athlete OR 2. Pregnant woman a. Explain why you have included those foods and what nutrients they contain. b. Describe what nutrients and vitamins are important to the person you have selected (athlete or pregnant woman) c. Describe what would happen if any particular nutrient was deficient - what deficiency may occur?
