In this activity, you will use Google Earth and Doink's Greenscreen app. Page 1: Can you use Google Earth to find an image of the following landmarks: Vatican City Taj Mahal Empire State Building The Reichstag Insert and resize the screenshot of the landmarks you visit on Google Earth. Use to tell me what countries the landmarks are in. See if you can add that country's flag by using emojis. Page 2: Choose a famous landmark and film a video postcard: 1. Save an image of your renowned landmark. 2. Use your iPad and the Green Screen app to record a video postcard. 3. In the video, tell me about the famous landmark. E.g. What is its history? Who built it? What country is it in? What language do they speak? 4. Upload the video clip. 5. Add the name of the country and it's emoji flag. Share your work.
