1 Click the link on the left to watch a video to learn all about otters, they're "Otterly adorable" 😊 2 Click: View Orignal 3 Click add to load your template 4 Use the label tool or rec to tell 2-3 facts you learned today. *Fun Fact. Otters are a "keystone species" - Do you know what that means ? *************** Optional FUNtivities ******************** Create some enrichment for a pet or human in your home. First, think about what your person or animal likes, then think about how you can make it fun and a little challenging for them. You have to also think about safety—choose materials that are safe if ingested. You could hide treats in a paper towel roll, hide fun items around the house or even use papier-mâché and build something big! Share a picture or video of your creations OR Cut up a piece of paper into many pieces and spread them all around the floor. Set a timer for 30 seconds and see how many pieces you can pick up. Now try it again, but keep one arm behind your back. If each of your arms represents an otter and the pieces of paper are the urchins you can see how having more otters makes it easier to get more urchins!
