Teachers, save “December Independent Reading” to assign it to your class.

1. Select a book from your reading bin. 2. Find a quiet space with your reading/recording partner. Practice reading a section of your book. Remember to use your word detective skills and cross check to see if the words make sense, look right, and sound right. 3. Click 4. Click on camera and take a picture of the cover of your book. 5. Click 1 time. 6. Partner A gets ready to read and Partner B clicks record then After 1 minute, Partner B clicks again to stop recording. 7. Check the recording. 8. Click 2 times to share. 9. Switch roles so Partner B reads while Partner A records. Don't forget to click 2 times for the 2nd reader!
