As we learn to use the bow the CORRECT way, it’s in many ways helpful to talk about what can go WRONG, and what that might do to your sound. In this activity, you’ll EXPLORE some of the BOW ERRORS that might arise when we play our instruments. 1) Post a video to SHOW the error described in each box. 2) WRITE 1 or 2 DESCRIPTION WORDS in the yellow box, to say what changes in the SOUND when you play with each bow error (examples: scratchy, crunchy, quiet, screechy, etc.) Have fun making some WACKY sounds with your bow for this activity!
