Last week we stopped to think about what we knew about sound. We read about it in non fiction books. We listened for it in different places and we wrote our ideas down. Some even wrote some of their wonderings. What do you wonder about sounds? This week we are going to answer some of the questions you asked last week. "If 'sound is a form of energy' is the vibration the energy?" Ella "How do bats know that something is their food?"-Arlo "I wonder how it travels." Thomas "How does sound get in your ears?" Jacob The answers may not be found in this book. As we learn more about sound this term you might find the answer yourself. Please let your teacher know when you do.
