When you read or listen to a book, you make connections to other books, your experiences, and/or to the world around you. First, pick a book and read or listen to it. As you read/listen think about the following prompts: This reminds me of... This makes me think about... I remember... I think... Now, let's make a note of your connections. add to start. Using the prompts to think about the connections you made between books, the book to yourself, and the book to the world. You can draw or write about the connections you made. Explain your connections using mic check to hand it in.
