Teachers, save “Adding up the cards (addition through 20)” to assign it to your class.

For this game you will need one deck of cards 🃏 , one partner ✌, and crayons 🖍. Use all the cards except the joker. Face cards are worth 10, the Ace is worth one. Partner 1 draws two cards and adds them up. Then, color the sum of those two cards in your column on the recording sheet. Partner 2 then draws two cards and colors their sum on their side of the recording sheet. If the sum has already been colored you lose your turn. Keep playing until someone colors their whole side. The first person to color all of their numbers wins!
