We are practicing the distributive property today! Remember that this property is used to help BREAK UP a factor into two smaller factors. 1. You need to find the multiplication sentence for each part of the shape. Use the tool to write the multiplication sentence. *Your answer should be in this format: (3x2) + (4x2)= 7x2 2. Work your way through the 4 questions 3. When you get to the "create your own" section, you are making your own rectangle. Create the rectangle, split it into two pieces, and write the number sentence! 4. Most importantly, HAVE FUN! :D
