GOAL: To build structures with your partner that use 30 place value blocks. WHAT TO DO: You will be building TWO DIFFERENT structures that create a 3 digit number and uses 30 place value blocks. For each structure you build, make sure you include a number sentence for it and include the number you made. 1. Create the smallest 3 digit number you can using 30 place value blocks 2. Take a photo of this and add the number sentence 3. Create the largest 3 digit number you can using 30 place value blocks 4. Take a photo of this and add the number sentence See my example - but note that I didn't use 30 blocks in the example.
