Mood and Tone in Poetry

1. Choose a different poem to read from the website we looked at yesterday. 2. Read the poem two times. 3. After you read it once, reflect on how the poem made you feel (mood). 4. Read it a second time and ask yourself what kind of attitude(s) is the author writing in? 5. Use your mood and tone word bank to help you. 5. Use the template provided to answer identify different moods and tones of the poem.
