Knowing how to relax, and what relaxes us, is very important because our brain and body need time to calm and rest. This is particularly true these days as we are dealing with a lot of uncertainty because of the corona virus. We are not doing our normal routine, we are not going out, and it sometimes makes us anxious. Anyway, finding a way to relax is also helpful to escape from having our eyes on a screen for long periods of time. How do you relax your mind and body? What works for you? 1) Click on the button On the template provided use the tool to record different things you can do to relax. 2) One strategy I would like you to do today, is the 4-7-8 breathing technique.
