- was anyone surprised at their results from watching the video?
- what could be done to reduce more hearing loss in the future?
- does anyone in your family or friends have hearing loss?
- do they know what may have caused it?
- what is it like living with hearing loss?

Create a poster on preventing hearing loss. You can do this using 
tools, on another app such as PicCollage or on paper and upload a

When uploaded, use the 
tool to self assess. Tick the boxes next to the success criteria.
Success criteria:

⬜️ has a relevant picture
⬜️ all text is correctly spelled

This activity was designed for use with KS2 pupils in the UK who are studying sound. It is used in my school as a homework task but can be used for home learning as it is a self-contained activity. The entire activity was designed on Seesaw so it is fully editable to your requirements.
