Don't forget to write known words quickly and say any new words slowly as you write ALL the sounds you hear. Reading Behaviors: *Do your best to read without pointing to each word to help you make your reading sound smooth. *Bring your finger in when you get stuck in a word to help you look for parts you know and/or get it started by saying the sound to match the letter(s). *Use some of the letters in a word to check their reading (using initial letter first and slowly checking to the final letter) *Asking, Does it make sense?
