CHARACTER - Griffin Bing (from Swindle) TRAIT 1 - Determined TRAIT 2 - Loyal TRAIT 3 - Charismatic MY THEORY - My theory about Griffin Bing is that he is a leader and someone who gets things done. When he crafts a plan, he's determined to see it through to the end. He plans each step and works hard to make it happen. He's also loyal which makes others trust him and his plans. He sticks by Ben no matter what, and is willing to do anything to make sure Ben doesn't have to move. Ben knows this about Griffin and will subsequently do anything in return, including participate in a dangerous heist. Last, Griffin is incredibly charismatic. He is able to get his friends (and even one "nemesis") to participate in the heist simply based on his charisma. All of these traits make him a leader and a character who gets things done.
