The opinion you agree with the most put at the top of the Diamond. The opinion you disagree with the most put at the bottom. 5. mic record your thinking about the characters. and why you put them there.

Diamond 9, in this case 5, is a strategy used to increase discussion and critical thinking in reading. Students place their characters in the appropriate box. Once students are done, this can be published to the blog and the other students can comment and share their differing opinions to create further discussion.
