How are you feeling today?!

Grades: Pre-K
Subjects: Character Building

Student Instructions

1. Click the link to listen to the animated story about Elmo and his friends. 2. Talk with your child about the feelings. 3. Pick a feeling and have your child either draw a picture of how they feel or take a picture of them making a face for that feeling. You could even do a video and have them tell us about the feeling and show us the picture or face they made! Family Why: Help build your child's social emotional skills by labeling emotions, practicing recognizing emotions in faces and talking about their emotions. Help give your child ideas for ways to calm themselves when frustrated and/or upset. These little steps will help increase and build social emotional awareness and skills.
