Instructions for Pupils
Read the words on the list. Sound them out slowly. The phoneme (sound) for this book is /ow/ (as in how), the grapheme is: ou.
Then record yourself saying each word, segmenting into the individual sounds and then blending the word together.
Highlight the grapheme that makes the /ow/ sound in each word.
