Adding heat to certain materials can change a solid to a liquid. For example, when the sun shines on a popsicle, it melts and changes from a solid to a liquid. Cooling certain materials can change them from a liquid to a solid. For example, putting a cup of water in the freezer causes the liquid water to freeze and change into solid ice. 1. Click the link to watch the video. After watching the video: 2. Click add and choose video. 3. Record a short video of yourself. In your video, tell me: What happens to butter when you heat it? What happens to juice when you cool it? 4. Click the check to add your work to your journal. "I will explain how heating and cooling can change a material's state of matter."
