Today we have a challenge for you. Can you create a schedule for a day where you will be healthy and balanced? Think about what you will eat, when you will eat and how much you will eat. Think of any exercise you might be doing and for how long. Think about when to get to bed and what time to wake up. Put your schedule on the first slide. (You can make it on your iPad or on paper and take a photo of it.) On slide 2 we want you to reflect ( or ) on how healthy you have been this week. Have you been eating healthy food? Have you been exercising every day? Are you getting enough sleep? Think about things that are going well and about the things you could try and do better in the future.
