Listen to the rhyming story, I'm a Pout Pout Fish by Deborah Diesen. Listen for a high voice and a low voice. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oqupxANpqIE - You will need mom or dad to help with this activity. You will practice using a high voice and a low voice. Listen to the story carefully. Can you remember our musical voices of whispering, speaking, singing, and shouting? -Take turns to practice saying the following, "I'm a pout, pout fish with a gloomy face. So I spread the dreary wearies all over the place." Now practice saying, "I'm a kiss, kiss fish with a kiss, kiss face. For spreading cheery cheeries all over the place." -Practice saying the above (Blub and Smooch) in a high voice and a low voice. When you are ready, video or use the microphone to record you and mommy or daddy practicing Blub and Smooch. Use different musical voices if you can - whispering, speaking, and singing.
