Student Instructions

MLS: Strand 1.1.C.5th.a Describe how changes in state (freezing/melting/condensation/evaporation/boiling) provide evidence that matter is made up of particles too small to be seen. Teacher Note and Student Note: **While this is made for a student to complete, an adult is going to have to heat/boil the water in a microwave, and then weigh it due to the heat. Besides that, the student will be able to do everything else on their own. Directions: Follow the directions/questions on the template. Remember, the teacher is in charge of moving around the glass dish, heating the water, and weighing the hot water.
