Teachers, save “Retelling a Story” to assign it to your class.

Choose one of your home readers or library books and retell the story. If you’ve forgotten what to include in your retell, you can watch the attached video as many times as you need. 1. Press add response. 2. Take a photo of the book you read. 3. Press mic and record yourself giving a retell of the story. Don’t forget to include details from the beginning, middle and end. 4. Press the green tick and check your work. 5. Press the green tick to upload it to your journal.
