Too much stress can lead to problems such as low energy, headaches, and even an upset tummy! This lesson will give you some ideas on how to stay calm in stressful situations. 1) Click on the link and watch the video "Stress Relief Tips For Kids" 2) Click on page two for an example of the student response template. If you click on the recording, the directions will be read aloud to you! 3) Click on the student response template: Stress Relief. 4) When you feel calm, you are able to think more clearly and feel happier. With Seesaw's label pen or pencil tools, illustrate one calming strategy you can use to relieve stress. 5) Tap check when you are finished.
