4Cit Studio Tornado Rescue Stem Challenge!

You have learned to compare characteristics of weather in different regions. For example, in Georgia we sometimes have severe weather and tornadoes. When there is a severe weather or tornado warning, we use precautions to stay safe. Challenge!!!! A tornado is coming! Watch the Tornado safety video video. Design drawing structure to protect your toy! Use materials at home to build a structure around your toy to protect it from a tornado. Test your structure by blowing air on it to see if the structure can stand up to the wind. Take a picture photo of your structure. Complete the reflection page. Did your design work? What might you change next time to keep your toy safe? Have fun!
