A PREFIX is a group of letters placed BEFORE a base word to change its meaning in some way.
A SUFFIX is a group of letters placed AFTER a base word to change its meaning in some way.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Page 1 serves as an example. I have completed it for you with all the answers appearing in red.
2. Then on page 2, use the tool to follow the example by: giving the definition of each prefix or suffix, think of two words containing that prefix/suffix, and giving a definition for each of your examples.
