⭐Summary: This is a 2 part activity that incorporates creating a timeline of their own lives with the Draw & Tell app and app-smashing the final product with Seesaw! 1️⃣ Part 1: students will use the Draw & Tell app to create a timeline of pictures that illustrate birth until now. They will NOT record, only draw. Afterwards, they should save the image to their camera roll. 2️⃣ Part 2: App-smashing with Seesaw! Now students will upload their Draw & Tell image from their camera roll and use the screen record and pointer arrow to talk about their timeline. They should use the pointer as they talk and describe things like age, where they lived, if they had any siblings, what they ate, etc. See the example on page 2 of the multimedia examples. 🎦Helpful video on using Draw & Tell from Ourcloud Pkc on YouTube: πŸ”—https://www.youtube.com/embed/Q9euFVr7Rr0?si=fZGW7NO4Y44pipqM 🚩Helpful poster from Seesaw about uploading from Draw & Tell (or any project from the camera roll) that you can print for your students: πŸ”—https://drive.google.com/file/d/1F3fArX4u1iTiFJgBkoS9R3KsMWCVxJL2/view?usp=drive_link πŸ“While Draw & Tell and Seesaw both have screen recording features, Seesaw has the added benefit of having a pointer tool for students to move as they point out specific things during the retelling or sharing.
